We are raising money to help people in the poorest part of Haiti.
Many families lost their homes in the earthquake in 2010 and have been living in deplorable conditions ever since. Some have no beds and sleep on the concrete, their roofs leak because they are made of scraps so when it rains they sleep in water. They have no running water, electricity or even toilets! With no work available and work that only pays $3 per day there is no way out for these families.
We are rebuilding their homes and their dignity! We have found local workers that can build a one room home with a locking door and a toilet for $2300. Our mission is to build as many as we can.
